Mens "A" travel to Rosslare

Our Mens "A" team travelled to a blustery Rosslare in search of another 3 points. Despite missing 5 first team regulars Paul Kirwan still boasted a strong squad of 17. The first half was very even and was no surprise to anyone that the sides went in 0-0. The second half was more open and Rosslare opened the scoring against the run of play. Our lads upped the anti and Matty Kavanagh got a deserved equaliser. With 10 mins to go Rosslare won a free kick, which resulted in them getting their noses in front again. To our credit we plugged on and Daniel O'Brien scored a deserved equaliser in added time. A draw perhaps flattered the hosts but nonetheless a point away in the Premier Division is always a welcome result. 2-2 on the day.
