The pressure told with Marian Cardiff came out best of a 50/50 with Kilmore keeper 3:1 half hour gone. However the joy was short lived as a cross from the right caught our full back in the arms penalty decision converted 4:1 to Kilmore. An outstanding save from Jean Kavanagh pushing the ball onto the crossbar and then getting up quickly to smother the ball at the feet of the onrushing the attacker.
